stylish and central stay
great location clean room nespresso machine
the hotel had a great location near the grand place. the room was very clean (i think it's the cleanest i have ever seen!). the nespresso machine with coffee was a nice touch.
i had trouble getting the hot water consistent in the shower.

the staff was friendly and ready to assist with directions and information. check-in was quick, and the team addressed my needs promptly. the team offered a complimentary drink for skipping housekeeping (a very nice perk!).

water filter stations were conveniently available on each floor, dispensing both still and sparkling water. i found the dyson hairdryer in the room to be a luxurious touch (it made getting ready so much easier!). there is also a bar with a very relaxed atmosphere.

I booked a last-minute stay. the bed was super comfy. I slept great. i was sad to leave after only one night! if i return, i will stay here again. the location is great for exploring the city. It is close to everything i wanted to see.
the restaurant experience was a disaster! i booked lunch for a group in advance. fewer lunches arrived than booked, even though we paid. the food took forever, though it was pre-ordered.

the hotel is centrally located on a quieter street. i found it an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. the front desk staff were very helpful. i appreciated the dyson hairdryer in my room!!!
the pillows were a bit on the soft side.

I liked that the location was very central. The bar had a good selection of drinks. The restaurant seemed nice, though I only had a quick meal there. The room had a comfortable bed (I slept well!).
The gym was a big letdown. It did not meet my needs at all. The safe in my first room was broken, inconvenient. The corridors were dark and a bit dingy.

Wonderful City Stay!
central location comfortable bed friendly staff
I did love the central location. I was very close to the Christmas markets and everything was quite quiet at same. The room had a mini fridge and I did use it. I liked the Dyson hairdryer too, it was handy.
The room do get hot even during the winter. I had to open the windows because it was too warm.

the room included a well-stocked mini bar (it was nice to have options). i found the bed very comfortable. the hotel location was excellent. it was close to many attractions.
the air conditioning was not very effective in the room. the gym only had a few pieces of equipment. i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture (minor scratches).
